At Fashion Makers Group, we have an in-house quality control mechanism supervised by an efficient team of quality control personnel to ensure adherence to the international standards of quality. The production processes are completely monitored throughout by our experienced staff to ensure the dispatch of purely the highest quality products to our customers.

All fabrics are sourced from the certified vendors of the market and undergo extensive checking on various parameters before being used in the production process. Our processes are well regulated and include fabric sourcing, quality control, production plan and cutting.

Infrastructural Facility

Our two large and well fitted production units facilitate the manufacture of our superlative products. We make use of the latest and specially imported machines in our factories and regularly incorporate the latest production techniques. The factory is equipped with nearly 800 machines of reputed make including Juki, Brother, Pegasus and many more. Our production activities are supervised by highly qualified technicians having years of valuable experiences behind them.

We maintain a production rate of of 1,80,000 pieces per month, enabling us to rake in a massive sales volume of Rs. 250 millions in 2007. Fashion Makers Group has an exclusive unit specializing in knitwear alone where production is carried out using advanced machinery of Japanese make. We have an in-house design team, comprising of eight talented designers who study the latest fashion trends and other developments in the field and suitably incorporate them. Our designers are supported by an efficient and highly skilled staff of tailors, embroiders and other craftsmen.

We have been approved by BSCI for compliance to social obligations as defined by Germany and other European countries. Hansa Control, Germany has audited the company and approved it as OEKO Tex Standard 100. Our range of garments are in full compliance with European regulations.
